In a magnificent setting of mountains and vineyards, Linquenda is an ideal destination, situated on the Annandale Road off the R44 (Main road joining Stellenbosch to Somerset West). This forms part of the Stellenbosch Wine Route which is arguably the country`s most famous. Stellenbosch is the heart of South Africa’s wine industry, a place of great beauty and culture.

You could use Linquenda as a base to explore the Wine estates (includes 106 cellars), Cape Peninsula, Stellenbosch town, Somerset West, Cape Town, Paarl, Franschoek, Wellington all within a hours drive from the farm.

Our central location means we are a mere 11 km from the nearest beach (Strand) and a 30 km drive from Cape Town International airport.

In close vicinity the area offers almost every outdoor activity you desire: horse riding, mountain bike routes, great golf courses, hiking trails. The cultural centres, theatres,art galleries, museums, international art collections are within close range.

Wild life is represented in form of a crocodile farm, cheetahs and birds of prey at Spier, Butterfly World and observation of wild life at a number of game reserves nearby.
